About the Company:
Tatty Angel Designs was founded by me, Annaliese Rivers, in 2010.
My collections features Bridal Tiaras, Headbands, Hair Accessories (including Hair Combs and Hair Pins) and Bridal Jewellery. I also offer additional Wedding Accessories such as Fascinators, Bouquet Enhancers and Personalised ‘Thank You’ gifts.
Every item is handmade by me in the UK with the upmost care and attention to detail. All of my designs can be tailored to your specific requirements to ensure that they compliment the colour, style and theme of your special day.
To add sparkle and elegance my designs incorporate Swarovski Crystals and Crystal Pearls (which are available in a vast array of colours, shapes and sizes). I also use Fresh Water Pearls and Semi-Precious Gems. On request I can substitute with Glass Beads and Pearls.
Bespoke commissions are very welcome.
About the Founder/Designer:
I come from a creative family so it’s not surprising that I ended up in this line of work. The only surprising thing is that it took me so long to get involved. For as long as I can remember I have been involved in crafts of some kind, including but not limited to sewing, knitting, baking and card making.
Jewellery design started as a hobby for me. A friend and I visited a well known craft store a couple of years ago and bought a selection of beads. That was the start of a new journey for me. I began with designing jewellery that could be worn by anyone, anytime. I have not received any formal training so I am completley self-taught. It was (and still is) a very steep learning curve. Overwhelmed by the response I received from my designs I decided to go one step further and venture into bridal. The lure of the wonderfully sparkly Swarovski crystals was strong.
