1. How do I order an item?
Shop
A number of my items are available to buy directly from my online shop. If you would like any changes to be made to an item in the shop to make it more to your taste, i.e length, colour etc, then please do not hestitate to contact me.
Bespoke Items
Whether you are a bride-to-be, a mother of a bride-to-be, or a very excited person with a special event coming up, most of you will have some idea about the accessories you would like to wear on your special day, but it always helps to have a starting point.
Please use my designs as that starting point. You can order an item as it appears on this site or you can choose to adapt a particular design. Either way please contact me highlighting your requirements.
(Requirements to include: The materials you would like, i.e Silver Plated, Gold Plated, Sterling Silver or Gold, the shape, size and colour of the Swarovski Crystals and/or Swarovski Crystal Pearls you would like, in addition to the ideal height, length and width of each item).
2. How much will my item/s cost?
Shop
Prices are quoted on each item. The price may vary if you require amendments to a particular item.
Bespoke Items
Due to the fact that my designs are bespoke and made to order, the cost of your item/s will depend on what materials and quantities are used.
Re-Vamping & Matching-Up Services
Prices will be quoted on an invidual basis.

3. How will my item/s be packaged?
All jewellery items will be wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in either an organza bag or an attractive box.
All tiaras will be wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a clear tiara box.
4. What are the Postage and Packaging costs?
Shop
Postage and Packaging starts at £2.50. Items will be sent First Class Recorded Signed For.
Bespoke Items
Postage and Packaging starts at £2.50. Items will either be sent First Class Recorded Signed For or Special Delivery which offers Compensation Options. These costs will be included in your final quote.
5. What are the expected delivery times?
Shop
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
Bespoke Items
Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
*If you require a shorter delivery time, please contact me and I will be more than happy to advise you on current lead times.
6. How do I return an item?
Shop
If you wish to return the item/s you may do so within seven days of receipt. Goods must be returned in the condition received, including the original packaging.
Bespoke Items
Same terms as shop items apply. However, please be advised that because my designs are bespoke and made to order, any refund offered will be less 50% for labour costs and costs of materials.
*In compliance with health and safety regulations, I cannot accept return of earrings once dispatched or taken from point of sale. If they are contained in a set, then the set cannot be returned.
Tatty Angel Designs will not accept liability for any damages, loss/shortage in transit. Therefore, I advised you use the most appropriate postal service to insure a safe return of goods to me.
Please contact me for return address. The cost of return postage is entirely your responsibility.
7. How do I return a damaged item?
Please contact me with regards to any damaged/incorrect items as soon as possible (within a seven days period after receipt).
Tatty Angel Designs cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

8. How do I care for my item/s?
Toiletries such as perfume, hairspray and body lotion contain chemicals that can cause damage to the pearls, metals and other components that I use. I would therefore advise that if you use these products, you should apply them first and allow plenty of time for them to dry before putting on your jewellery.
To help prolong the life of elasticated bracelets, I would advise rolling the bracelets onto your hand. Constant pulling and stretching of the bracelets may weaken the elastic and cause it to snap.
